Collected from OECD Development Assistance Committee (igo) on a annual cadence. 33,974 records spanning 2000-12-31 to 2022-12-31, covering GHA, MLI, SEN, SLE, BFA, CIV, NGA, NER, LBR, BEN, GIN, GMB, MRT, TGO, GNB, CPV.
